Jan-Henning Willrodt from HELLA presented his very interesting paper entitled “Erster Ansatz zur Abbildenden Umsetzung einer Hochauflösenden Signalleuchte für Automatisiertes Fahren”/ “Directed Light for Personalized Addressing of Pedestrians and Cyclists by Automated Vehicles” on the 6th of June at the 2018 VDI Tagung: Optische Technologien conference which was attended by 200 participants! In his paper, Jan-Henning Willdrodt described the technical development on a directed signal lamp based on imaging lenses.
